Shipping within New Zealand is via New Zealand Couriers, with cost automatically calculated with orders placed. Delivery is generally within 2-3 days but can vary due to availability of stock and/ or custom requirements.
International shipping charges are billed on a second invoice. This is due to weight and size calculations only being possible once the shipment has been packaged. The final cost will be calculated less any shipping costs already added to the order as per NZ delivery.
Generally DHL and NZ Post will be used for international delivery.
All pricing is based in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of gst (goods and services tax).
Any import duties or tax costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If stock is unavailable at the time of order we will only charge you for the stock which is sent. We will endeavor to contact the purchaser to discuss options should the stock required be unlikely to be available within a week of the order.
